Life Pharmacy Orewa reserves the right to have their pharmacists exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when the product is known to have abuse potential.

Reasonableness
By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

Trademarks
All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Life Pharmacy Orewa for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

We endeavour to present you with accurate and trustworthy information at all times, we cannot however guarantee that every piece of information on our website is true, up-to-date and accurate at all times.  

In addition, the website does include content provided by third parties and users content we distribute, we do not publish. The statements and advice offered by third parties are not necessarily those of Life Pharmacy Orewa.

Orders
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Life Pharmacy Orewa will not be held responsible for orders that are declined for health reasons and will not be liable or accountable for orders that are declined for any other purpose.

Any products which have been ordered, that the Pharmacist considers being detrimental to the health of an individual will not be supplied. In the case of non-supply for such reasons, we will make an explanation for our decision available to you.

We ensure the security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with the use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and the credit card or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your registration form.

Delivery
We only deliver to registered addresses in New Zealand and do not ship overseas. New Zealand orders are sent via courier and track and trace are provided etc. Delivery times are expected to be same day for local areas, 1-2 days for Auckland-wide, and 2-3 days for outside Auckland areas.

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Returns and Exchanges
Products may sometimes be returned to Life Pharmacy Orewa. You will need to contact us on 09 4264087 within 2 days you receiving the goods.  The product needs to be in its original packaging. You cannot return products that state they are non-returnable on the website unless it has been damaged during the delivery or the wrong product has been delivered.

If you would like to exchange your item please get in contact with us and we will confirm if the new item is available or not.
Some items on the website will state whether the item is non-returnable, please be aware of these items. 

If you have ordered the wrong product, you may return the product. However, a restocking fee may be incurred.

Refunds
We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us by phone: 09 4264087 or email orders@lifepharmacyorewa.co.nz

Wrong Product Delivered

If you have ordered something and received the wrong product, we apologise and you are more than welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us by phone 09 4264087 or email orders@lifepharmacyorewa.co.nz

Damaged, Lost or Defective Products
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover from which the product came. Do not sign for the parcel from the courier company. Please contact us by phone: 09 4264087 or email orders@lifepharmacyorewa.co.nz and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Customers must return prepaid to Life Pharmacy Orewa within 10 days of any products that are damaged, or notify us of any lost or incomplete deliveries so that we can inspect the Products or lay claim against the carrier. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined.

Life Pharmacy Orewa reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether it will accept the return of any products for credit, repair or replacement. Life Pharmacy Orewa will not accept returns of any product that has been tampered with, where the damage has resulted from misuse or incorrect storage by the customer or where the product is expressly sold on a no-returns basis. Where the returned product is not accepted it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost. Receipt by Life Pharmacy Orewa of returned Product does not constitute acceptance for any purposes.
