- When used to support memory function, add 3-5 drops to your diffuser in the room where you study or work, or where concentration is required. Repeat as necessary.

- To support healthy muscles when body and mind are under stress, add 3-5 drops to 10 drops of a carrier oil, such as Olive or Almond oil, and massage into the muscles. For optimum results this recipe can be enhanced by adding 3 drops of Peppermint oil and 3 drops of Lavender true. Repeat as necessary.
