Solgar MSM Powder is free of yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and is formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.

Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, take one-half (1/2) teaspoon daily with 227ml (8 fl. oz.) of water or juice, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
